MLB Bodog Odds: Colorado Rockies at Los Angeles Dodgers - Ubaldo Jimenez

The floundering Ubaldo Jimenez will try once again to pick up his first victory of the season on Wednesday night when his Colorado Rockies face the Los Angeles Dodgers in an MLB betting matchup.

Jimenez, who went 19-8 last season with a 2.88 ERA for Colorado, has been a black hole for supporters this season with an 0-5 mark and a 5.86 ERA through his first nine starts.

Overall, Colorado is just 1-8 in the righthander's outings this season; Jimenez picked up a no-decision in a 5-3 Rockies win over the Giants on May 17, allowing three runs on eight hits over seven innings of work.

In his most recent start, Jimenez was knocked around by the Cardinals for six runs on 12 hits in six innings of work.

Wednesday's probable starter for the Dodgers, Jon Garland, hasn't fared much better in 2011. The righthander is 1-4 with a 4.31 ERA in eight starts this season, with Los Angeles going 2-6 when he heads to the hill.

Garland, however, is at least coming off a strong outing, surrendering just one run on five hits over 6 1-3 innings of work in a 3-2 Los Angeles win over the Marlins last week.

Thanks to middling results through the first two months of the season the Rockies and Dodgers both find themselves several steps back of the Diamondbacks and Giants in the NL West division standings.

Colorado, though, is getting more love from the Bodog Sportsbook oddsmakers on the futures board right now, as they sit at 12/1 odds to win the NL Pennant and 25/1 odds to win the World Series. Los Angeles is at 35/1 odds and 75/1 odds, respectively, on those lists.
